Unusual Geography and Earth Science
If you started walking in a straight line from the most northern point of Russia, which ocean would you eventually cross to reach the North Pole?
Correct
The Arctic Ocean is the correct icy highway here because the North Pole sits right in the middle of it. If you tried the Pacific, you would end up in a soggy loop nowhere near the pole. The Atlantic is much too far south to get you to the top of the world. As for the Indian Ocean, that is basically on the other side of the planet, so unless you are looking for a very long swim through the center of the Earth, it is definitely not the right path.
